1. Orders must be made and fully paid for at least 7 days before collection date. Orders will only be confirmed once payment had been made.
2. There will be no refund if there is a cancellation of less than 3 days prior to collection date.
3.Customers may postpone their order if notice at least 3 days is given prior to collection date.
4. Chantique Cupcakes will not be held responsible for any damage once goods have been collected by the customer.
5. Chantique Cupcakes cannot entertain orders if we are fully booked.
